Wridz offers a safer experience for passengers due to its rigorous onboarding process for drivers. In addition to the criminal and driving background checks, applicants undergo an in-person interview, car inspection, and on-site drug test before being permitted to drive. Drivers are continuously monitored, and if charged with an offense, they are not allowed to drive for Wridz until the issue is resolved.

Wridz has a unique CallingCard® system designed to help you locate and identify your driver. You and your driver will be assigned a color and number combination unique to the pickup area for your trip. Both you and your driver can display the CallingCard® in full-screen mode to facilitate locating each other.

Additionally, your driver will have a dash placard featuring a unique driver ID and QR code. Simply point your phone camera at the QR code to receive notification confirming whether or not this is your designated driver. Learn more…

PERK
As a passenger, you have the option to incentivize your driver by offering them a PERK, which can be added when you request the ride or during the trip. This feature can be particularly useful during major events such as games or concerts, or even if you simply want to request a detour to a fast food restaurant, which your driver will be more than happy to accommodate. You can conveniently add the PERK directly from the Wridz app.

TIPS
PERKS and TIPS are distinct options, and you can choose to give one or both as a gesture of care and appreciation for your driver.

PREFERRED DRIVERS
Additionally, passengers have the option to save their favorite drivers within the app, enabling them to arrange recurring rides with their preferred drivers. Check Wridz FAQs

For the safety and well-being of all parties, I do not provide rides for UNACCOMPANIED MINORS aged 17 or younger in compliance with Wridz’s policy. Additionally, in accordance with Georgia law, rides are not provided for children requiring a CAR SEAT unless the appropriate child safety seat is supplied and properly installed by the guardian or passenger.

Drivers are entitled to cancel such rides if these conditions are not met and may collect a cancellation fee as per Wridz policy.

Estimate Your Fare
Use the Wridz app to enter your pick-up and drop-off locations to estimate your fare.

Ride Requirements
I accept rides with a minimum fare of $35 due to the large size of the Atlanta metro area, which often requires long distances to reach passengers. For shorter trips, you may use the PERK feature within the app to meet the minimum fare.

MY RATES

• Regular rides: Minimum $35 one-way
• Events: Conventions, concerts, games, and other big events: Minimum $45 one-way
• Hourly bookings: $60/hour
• Out-of-town trips: Requires a PERK of $200 minimum (some restrictions apply)

Cancellation Policy
Last-minute cancellations are subject to a 25% fee.

How to Reserve a Ride
Because I’m often on the road, texting your information or questions works better for me. I usually don’t answer phone calls, but I’ll respond to text messages as soon as possible. Written information also helps avoid misunderstandings.

Text me at (678) 646-3321 with your ride details at least 2 hours in advance to secure your reservation. Be sure to include the date, time, and both the full pick-up and drop-off addresses. Example:
Pick-up address: 660 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30308
Drop-off address: 210 Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30303

On the Day of Your Ride
I’ll arrive at the designated location at the scheduled pickup time. Once I’m there, simply open the Wridz app to request your ride. Select “Eduardo S.” as your driver using my ID #1459 or from your Saved Driver List. Here’s a step-by-step guide to requesting a ride with me (a new window will open).

To ensure a seamless ride experience with Wridz, please take a moment to complete your account setup after downloading the app. This includes:

1. Verifying your email address: Check your email inbox for a verification message and follow the instructions.
2. Granting any necessary app permissions: This helps Wridz function properly and ensures your ride is smooth and hassle-free.
3. Adding your payment information: Ensure your preferred payment method is added to avoid delays.

DRIVER PAY
With Wridz, drivers keep 100% of the fare, including booking fees, perks, and tips. Unlike Uber and Lyft, where drivers receive only a portion of the total fare, and this percentage can change at the discretion of these companies.

SUBSCRIPTION BASED
Drivers can select the region or regions they prefer to operate in and pay a modest monthly subscription fee for their chosen area(s).
