How to request a Wridz ride

1. Destination

Please verify the full address information, including specific details such as NW, SE, or any other relevant identifier.

IMPORTANT. Zoom in on the images if necessary to read the instructions within the red rectangles and arrows.

2. Pick up location

The pick up address usually populates automatically. Please change it manually if needed, especially if you are requesting a ride for someone else who may be at a different location.

3. BEFORE placing your ride request

Review these options before placing your request. Doing this in advance will prevent any delays when your driver arrives. Inform your driver if you have any questions.

4. Payment Method Information

Contact support if you encounter issues while entering your payment method information.

5. The PERK Feature

The Perk and Tip options are highly appreciated by drivers. As a passenger, you can incentivize your driver by offering a PERK, which can be added when requesting the ride or during the trip. This feature is especially useful during major events, such as games or concerts, or if you want to request a detour to a fast food restaurant, which your driver will gladly accommodate. PERKS and TIPS are separate options, and you can choose to provide one or both as a gesture of care and appreciation for your driver.

6. Total Transparency

Wridz upholds a transparent policy on ride fares, fees, and driver compensation. Drivers pay a low monthly fee to use the platform and keep 100% of their earnings, minus clearly outlined fees. Wridz takes no portion of individual ride fares.

7. You Can Choose Your Favorite Driver

With Wridz, you have the freedom to select your preferred driver. Enjoy a personalized experience by building connections with drivers you trust and feel comfortable with, making every ride smoother and more enjoyable.

8. Confirm your driver’s information

If you’ve arranged a ride with your preferred driver, enter their ID number and confirm their name BEFORE placing your ride request. Ensure your driver is nearby to guarantee the assignment; otherwise, the ride may be assigned to another nearby driver.

9. Final step

Once your request is processed, you will receive a notification when your driver accepts it.
